Seems to be a popular topic—New Virgin Media customer. I just can't log in. It asks for passkeys, which I don't work, as it says there isn't one, then sends an email to verify. Clicking this takes you back to the login page, and thus, we continue in vain!
What can i do? tried many mobiles and browses and the app

same with my new account. just moved from plusnet which had amazing customer support and now get virgin which has been.. yeah
When will this be sorted? Still having problems, and it seems a lot of people are?
