new account with Virgin - log in loop

Seems to be a popular topic—New Virgin Media customer. I just can't log in. It asks for passkeys,  which I don't work, as it says there isn't one, then sends an email to verify. Clicking this takes you back to the login page, and thus, we continue in vain!


 

What can i do? tried many mobiles and browses and the app
