Name change due to marriage

Hi, I have Been trying to update my name dur to marriage by sending proof anf name change form to namechsnge@virginmedia.cl.uk, wothout any results. Nobody will write back and nobody to sort out the issue, it's unacceptable not to receive a response back.

 I just need my name sorted on the account, can someone help? Thanks
