My Virgin Media showing old account after moving house

I'm having exactly the same problem, followed the link to register, put in my new account number and a different email address to the one registered on my account and it does work it tells you your already registered with a different email address so it obviously links that account number with old account.

    Thanks for posting, and welcome back to the Forums.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your My Virgin Media after moving home. I can see you've recently created a thread regarding some other issues you have been experiencing.

    As you haven't yet been installed, you may find you're unable to sign up to My Virgin Media until any outstandign installations have been completed. Once your services are installed, you should then be able to sign up for your new account.
