Hi Jonathan, sorry I can’t help but I have a similar issue. When I log in I can’t view any account details. It’s the same if I use the app or via the My Virgin.com website. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it doesn’t make any difference. Also tried logging in on a laptop as well as my iPhone. Called CS earlier and they’ve logged it with the IT department. They said it could take up to 5 days to resolve.

That's the same issue I'm getting at the moment like you say I've tried reinstalling it nothing can't use it oooppps try again

I get this error message when logging in on the website online. And when I try again I get the same.

@daniel E_T do you have to have a proper virgin installation to work the self service kits none of its working 360 or broadband hub got an engineer visit tomorrow he will sort it out I don't think its proper installed yet that's why I think Jonathan
