My virgin media app isn't working properly

I'm trying to log in to my virgin app it's states there is a few issues and trying few things it's states it's not available I've tried loads of things it still states ooopps please come back later when it's fixed can't use it properly there is all sorts ongoing at the moment from Jonathan

    Hi Jonathan, sorry I can’t help but I have a similar issue. When I log in I can’t view any account details. It’s the same if I use the app or via the My Virgin.com website. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it doesn’t make any difference. Also tried logging in on a laptop as well as my iPhone. Called CS earlier and they’ve logged it with the IT department. They said it could take up to 5 days to resolve.

      That's the same issue I'm getting at the moment like you say I've tried reinstalling it nothing can't use it oooppps try again

        I get this error message when logging in on the website online. And when I  try again I get the same. 

         

  • @daniel E_T do you have to have a proper virgin installation to work the self service kits none of its working 360 or broadband hub got an engineer visit tomorrow he will sort it out I don't think its proper installed yet that's why I think Jonathan
