My Virgin Media Account
We have been with Virgin Media since it was installed in our area. My husband (being the account holder) was given a Blue Yonder email account. As he has never used email I changed it to my work email where I received information and monthly bills. I stopped working almost nine years ago when my daughter was diagnosed with terminal cancer and I didn't feel able to return to work after she passed away a year later. This being the case my work email was terminated and a lot of time has passed with me having no means of accessing the account. I have not always been in the best frame of mind since but now I need to get access. I recently had a text from Virgin regarding my non existing email with a link to follow to sign in to update my details. Unfortunately to "sign in" I need an email address and I cannot "register" as it says I already have an account. I am loathe to phone Virgin as phone calls in the past for simpler enquiries have not always been successful.
