We can confirm that a bill can go unpaid for up to 14 days beyond the next bill's production before a customer can have their services restricted, but would be subject to a late payment charge of £7.50 on the date of the bill production for any balance not cleared on the previous bill.
Our Collections Team can however offer extensions to customers, but this team can only be contacted via 0345 454 1111 or 150 from your Virgin Media landline phone.
