My circumstances have changed

Hello my circumstances haves change i can't pay £239 i wanted to extend the bill it obviously didn't go through if not ill switch to someone else need advice please and the virgin media number just takes me to the payment really frustrated.by this please help.

  • I need to contact some one about my mums death and im not paying £239 for a late payment i will cancel virgin media, i have not got the money for it  twice in 2 mionths i refuse.

  • Thanks for reaching out to us adamdannyhd, and we're sorry to hear of the issues experienced when trying to pay your latest bill to Virgin Media due to a change in circumstances.

    We can confirm that a bill can go unpaid for up to 14 days beyond the next bill's production before a customer can have their services restricted, but would be subject to a late payment charge of £7.50 on the date of the bill production for any balance not cleared on the previous bill.

    Our Collections Team can however offer extensions to customers, but this team can only be contacted via 0345 454 1111 or 150 from your Virgin Media landline phone.

    We hope you're able to have this sorted as soon as possible.
