Link Virgin Media account

How are new customer supposed to log in with there Virgin Media Account if its not being provided,

received all emails and there no sign of a account number. this is not what I signed up for, nowhere in the contract does it say my account number for my new virgin media account will be withheld from me and prevent be from accessing my paid for account information, who put this in place a verified that this would be in the best interests of a new customer ? ''here is your new car Sir but unfortunately we cant proved new customers with the keys to drive it due to security and safety. So far i find this utterly appalling.

  • Hello I'm a new customer having same issue no account number information so i cannot procced to account for further settings, help appreciated.

      How long does it take to get help with virgin account number, i need to access the setting but not been provided the details required to do so,

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with getting your account number. When signing up with us your will not receive an account number until your account goes live for active services and all documentation containing your account number on your contract will be present on there to use for creating an online. So that we can take a look further into this we would need to bring you in for a private message.
