I haven’t been able to log into my Virgin media’s account  or email for about six or seven weeks. When I enter my email address  it says we have sent a link to your email address which I can’t access.

    Please can you confirm have you tried using you web browser, if so what happens? 

    Please can you confirm why can't you access your email? What happens when you try?
