Sorry to hear you've been somewhat left in the dark in relation to the outcome of the recent credit check when signing up for our services.
This isn't an area we can really explore on our Community Forums as we'd seek to assist with active services or those that are pending an installation, with a date being issued for the scheduling of this work.
Can you please confirm if any further updates have been sent to you, in relation to an installation date, or if any further documents have since been sent?
We will be online until 9pm tonight, so do feel free to allow some time to pass today to allow for further updates to arrive and report back to us.
