Issue with Order Visibility in My Virgin Media Account

When I click on "Orders and Appointments" in my Virgin Media account, the new order doesn’t appear—even though I’ve received a confirmation email.

Additionally, I got another email stating:
"We'd like to talk to you, as it seems some required information for processing your order was missing. Calling us on 0800 064 3830 will help us move forward with your sign-up."

However, looking at threads in the "Renew Order Frustration" discussions, it seems contacting this number leads to endless loops without resolution. This is quite frustrating—what should I do next?

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you are having an issue checking on your renewal.
    With online orders there can be a delay with the package, discounts getting added.

    I'd like to take a look and see if it's possible to speed this up.
    If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
