Issue regarding contact email address
Hello. This is a follow up query regarding some assistance one of your representatives (Gareth_L) gave me about four months ago.
The issue was as follows:
Most of the emails I was receiving from Virgin Media were going to my old Blueyonder email address, despite me having set my Hotmail address as my contact email. Gareth checked for me and found that there was an area in the database that still had my Blueyonder address as the contact address and he changed it to my hotmail address as requested.
Since then, however, I have received far fewer emails than I had previously been receiving from Virgin Media and I just want to check that the field Gareth changed my email address to has the correct email address or if there is some other reason that I am not getting the same amount of emails as before. I am concerned that I might be missing some important emails. I think I have recieved about two emails in the past four months and that is far less than I was getting before.
