Incorrect account number linked to email address

Hello,

I am posting to highlight an issue where an incorrect account appears to be linked to my details. At present, I am only able to see information relating to an old account.

For context, the original contract was cancelled as installation was not possible at the time. Shortly after Christmas, a solution was found and a new account was created to proceed with the service.

I would appreciate it if someone could help me out with getting the new account number switched over

    Sorry to hear these concerns about the details showing in your online account. Have you tried registering for VMO2 id with the new, correct account information? (It's worth clearing the cookies and cache on your browser, or trying a private browsing window before doing this.) If you do have issues when trying to register, please let us know any error code or message you get!We can then offer further assistance if needed.
