Impossible to cancel
Hi,
I'd really appreciate some assistance from a VM employee please.
I'm officially out of contract as from yesterday.
I previously tried to cancel my contract using Live Chat and WhatsApp as I am not interested in what VM are now going to charge me for a renewal.
I was told on WhatsApp they couldn't offer me a renewal that matched my old price. I was told to ring 0345 454 1111.
I also tried on Live Chat and was told they couldn't do anything and needed to ring 03454541111.
VM have billed me their new monthly price and upto April. I am not accepting this new price rise and find it quite cheeky that VM are billing me the new price of which I haven't accepted and agreed to.
When I have tried to ring 0345 454 1111 I am not presented with any options to speak to an advisor or to cancel my contract just the option to pay the bill.
How can I cancel or even discuss my account when I have no way of contacting anyone regarding this issue?
Hopefully someone from VM on here could look into this for me please as you helped resolve an issue a couple of years ago for me.
