How did you add the Mixit TV package? Was it over the phone, via My Virgin Media, online via email, or via whatsapp, or online chat messenger?
Normally package changes ordered over the phone are actioned immediately. Any other method can take up to 10 working days (14 calendar days) as they need to be performed manually.
