I need Help

All I want to do is cancel my premier sports, and the ideas in the overseas call centres are that bad a speaking English they were trying to tell me that they needed to cancel my sky sports too.  All I want to do is speak to a person in the UK how can help me.  I am out of contract so if the shocking service continues all just sack Virgin off.
