I can't log on to my virgin media account
This is due to an old email account my ID is linked to which does not exist anymore..
so I'm stuck in a loop where I need to find a link and verify myself via an old email I have no access to whereas my login email address and the one I receive my bills on is my current one..
I should be able to successfully use that and log on to my account so to manage it.. it's frustrating as it doesn't offer another authentication method like text message on my registered phone number which would make things so much easier..
is there a way to un-link this old email so I can restore my access?
