How to get new contact

Been trying to get a new package for broadband and tv it says for new and existing customers either £200 credit or a tv but won’t let me take the offer I’ve got a few months left of my old contract.

      I have got nothing i really need help and support to arrange payment can't log in my account and I have health issues i don't know what to do sorry i am confused and stressed out now it's effecting my mental health sorry

      So grateful sorry it's late and thank you so much for understanding X thank you everyone X u get no were with virgin media we all need to complain they don't understand how it effected us

    It can take up to a couple of days for a VM Mod to respond to these forum threads.

    Are you sure the offer is for existing customers too? It states below it is for new customers taking certain bundles

    VM normally won't give existing customers the time of day, let alone a TV/£200!
