I've spoke to customer service several times since Dec basically bill says not payed my bill since Dec £269 to pay when all my bills are payed they removed my DD and now can't add it back on due to saying due since Dec and I have the email of them saying they sorted it its been reset and clearly hasn't becuse I'm looking at it and Givin no response since Jan its now March pretty much and still says due £269 pay now Sent multiple emails about it not a single response as I said since Jan when they said it had been reset 3 nearly 4 months to get account reset to what it should say
