Homeless & need to cancel but cant afford fees.

Good afternoon,

Recently I've become homeless and my line has been taken over by the occupant in the premises. I've been taken off the tenancy and ultimately can't go back or pay the termination fees.

I phoned up and explained my situation and ultimately was told I'd need to pay the fees.

 

Is there any assistance available?
