Homeless - Cancellation Fee

Hi everyone 

I'm in a very similar situation here spoke to VM in November 24 telling them I was being made homeless and they told me the same as above and I would have to pay full cancellation fee's,  I was evicted end of January and have continued to pay for the last few months as I cannot afford the outrageous fee's but do not want to continue paying for services in a flat I no longer live in hope there is someone who can help with this. Thanks

    Hey Lewis1988, thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear about your current situation, also a very warm welcome to the community.

    Now we wouldn't charge any leaving fee if you was made homeless, however we would need some type of proof such as eviction notice from the landlord / council etc.

    As much legal documents you have, do you have some?
