Help !!

Going back to August when I renewed my contract online and then had a bill which should have been £40 it was triple that!!  After numerous phone calls and what seemed like weeks of back and fore with different departments it's still not sorted.  So frustrating and the lack of customer service has been unbelievable.  Had another incorrect bill for November and also stating i owe from last month where the contract hasn't been honoured again.  The most laughable charge on my bill is for call charges which were calls made to virgin ....120 minutes and you charge me for this ....LAUGHABLE !!! Shockingly more is after 120 minutes it's still not sorted and I'm having to reach out for help again.  No offer of compensation for the stress on any calls has been offered to me.  Can somebody please please help me with this.  I rang again last night and was told i was calling the wrong department so rang again this morning and being on hold for 40 minutes and then being cut off ....Here we go again.  All I want is the contract I signed online to be honoured ...is this too much to ask ?

    Hi Jo-CD15​ 

    Just a heads up, it seems that you have a VM landline, in which case when you want to contact VM then dial 150 from your landline - it's a free call.
