Happened to me too…

On renewing a Virgin Media Contract made via an email from them, the contract summary sheet under the Broadband Services sections says…

“Disney+ Your monthly subscription fee will be added to your Virgin Media bill separately if not part of your core bundle.”

AND on the Contract Information Sheet it says….

“Disney+ Your Disney+ Premium subscription fee will be added to the above monthly costs once you’ve activated it. The Disney+ Premium subscription fee will appear on your bill once activated. Your promotional discount will be added separately for the agreed promotional period.”

I do not want Disney+ whatsoever so can this subscription be removed from the contract renewal and the remainder of the contract be left the same ?
