FORUM TEAM Offer received but not being honoured

DEAR FORUM TEAM

good afternoon

earlier today I was in a live chat with one of your agents, regarding the extension of a new contract, I was offered 1tb broadband plus free new router for £38 per month (I am currently on 500mb with volt) for 24 months. The agent disconnected, I then reconnected and the next agent said it was now invalid, after only 10 minutes. The agent said he can see the offer and the text chat with the previous agent but he couldnt match it, I asked to speak to a manager but he wasnt able to provide one right away. 

I've spent in excess of 90 minutes on livechat/phone the last 24 hours with yourselves, having a very bad experience with having to repeat myself & receiving copy and paste irrelevant replies at times. I am disabled and found this all very upsetting. Can you please assist and  honour the offer? I've been with you for years now.

    Suggest you raise a complaint.  It’s the only way to get offers honoured as I have found in the last couple of years.

    The VM forum team do not deal with/negotiate renewals, you must phone customer services.
