Ended Contract, Still Waiting for Refund

My contract with VM ended (broadband only) and I was disconnected on 16th March after the 30 days notice period. I have sent back my hub and streambox and VM sent confirmation they had been received on 6th April.

My final bill was a credit of £42.64 and I am still waiting to receive this. Why is it taking so long for my refund to be processed.

  • Hey Kalamity, thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear you are still waiting you refund.

    We advise this can take 45 days after the disconnection date, if you have sent the equipment back this is great news.

    However as per our policy it can take up to 45 days, we would expect your cheque to be here early May.
