Contract says higher monthly cost than agreed
I recently negotiated a new contract and mine is coming to an end. The Order (or pre-contract) documents accurately reflect the agreement reached. However, the contract document has an incorrect and higher monthly charge. I've phoned to get this corrected but feel I've been fobbed off. Emails to the vmteam have been ignored so I'm looking for someone from VM to do the right thing and get my contract corrected.
