Contract renewal links, site and existing customer deals all not working
Like many others, it would appear, I have been sent an email telling me that my contract has ended and recommending I check the available packages and renew.
When I go to any of the links on the email, or to the website and click on 'my current package', 'upgrade your package,' 'renew your package' or if I go to https://www.virginmedia.com/existing-customer-deals I always get the same error page with:
'Oops. Sorry about that. Our website can't process this at the moment but our amazing chat team are on hand to support you.'
I've tried different browsers and even different devices, it's always the same.
I want to take my and time and see what the packages are before I decide what package I want to go with so speaking to a salesperson on the phone really isn't a satisfactory solution before anyone at VM suggests it.
