Contract not honoured
I had a phone call off virgin media to renew my contract and was also 24 months but I bit the bullet and accepted at £98 a month, then got another contract sent through I think it was for £108 also in that phone call I was assured the contract would stay the same for the 24 months. They said they would ring me at the time of the increase and alter it so it stayed at £98. Anyway ive had part of the contract sorted out for £98 but not the price rise which i was promised. I requested a copy of the phone call and gave them the date time of call and length of call and they sent me the wrong recording. Since then they have not replied to any of my correspondence so basically I just want to know what governing body regulates them so I can take it further.
