Contract not honoured - no further update on complaint
I went online on 16th January to renew my contract. Happy with price and content offered. Received 3 emails confirming order, contract summary and an xs number (which I understand from other comments means there was a contract). Next bill too high so checked account which said I was out of contract. Complaints response is that order not completed, tough luck, try again, what you want will be about £25 per month more. Complaints are not responding to my emails, seems like I've reached a dead end there. What now?
