Contract amendment not honoured
The contract I had with VM was expiring, and a big price hike was imminent. I contacted them (as I do every 18 months) to review and get a better deal. I received a new contract, but on checking, my bank noted they had not applied the new contract information. Instead, I have an enormous bill that is 40% more than the one I paid last month for the same service. Trying to contact any of the team by phone is ridiculous. Does anyone have a suggested route to get this sorted?
