How do you contact someone to talk to at virgin media I called 150/0345 and never get put through to anyone just end up talking to automated voice in an endless loop, there are no issues but I got a letter to upgrade my hub and website is not accessible and I can't login to my virgin media account

  • To add I think they need a customer service live chat on their website like amazon do

  • I have no issues with my service but got a letter telling me I needed a new hub because I have one of the older ones, when I got through on the phone they said they would send me one so far all I have received is the power supply
