The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline.

I have tried to renew my contract twice... There is no response, despite the message stating that "An email has been sent to your email account"...

I am tearing my hair out trying to contact Virgin to arrange an engineer to simply move my router downstairs from the bedroom to the living room. I don't have a VM landline and the options on WhatsApp and 0345 454 1111 just take me round in circles. I am currently MR V ANGRY!!!!

Usually best to start your own topic for your own issue. A VM person on the forum can usually arrange this for a £25 non-fault call out. They normally reply within a few days. If you need it doing quicker you'll have to go back to the other channels of (non) communication.
