Complete your profile error
I’m signed up to the My Virgin Media site but whenever I log in I get the “complete your profile” page and can’t move past it. Just comes up with the same error message.
I can see this has been an issue for others in the past but can’t find a solution in the forums.
I’ve tried using different browsers, deleted cache etc
Can someone message me to sort out please.
