Coming back to Virgin - can’t see my account

So I was a virgin media customer until last week, and for reasons with my new provider I won’t go into, I switched away from them, but then wasn’t happy so I’ve switched back again as a new customer.

when I go on my app or logon it’s still showing my old account, and not my new one. Does anyone have any ideas how to marry them up ?
