Can't verify email for My Virgin Media account

I'm trying to register for My Virgin Media but when I get the email to verify my email address, it just says the verification link has expired. Tried resending multiple times and following advice of others who have hit same problem on this forum, but nothing seems to work.

I've never created a virgin media account before.

    Hi Matt46, sorry to bother you but, did you get it sorted,? I've rang and they couldn't help immediately, they escalated it, ill get a reply within 5 days.
