Can't log on to virgin, can't check service status as 'account can't be found'

As the title says, can't log on to my account (I get the 503 error code) and can't check the service status as my details can't be found. I only know this because I wanted to check if there is an issue as many of my channels are totally pixallated and unwatchable. I guess I have the joy of trying to contact customer service on a Saturday...

  • Same here, thought it was my WiFi but still can’t log into my VM account on mobile phone either.
