can't log into my Virgin Media account

I can't log into my Virgin Media account to make a payment, and I can't make a payment using my post code and last name.

  • Virgin Media account does seem to be down at present so can't access billing or the service status.
    Trying to access billing there's this message:

    Oops! Youโ€™ve caught us hard at work.

    Weโ€™re sorry this part of the site isn't available at the moment, everything will be back to normal again soon, so please come back and try again shortly.

    What's happening when you try to make the payment online ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://www.virginmedia.com/help/billing-and-payment/make-a-payment ? Are you getting some kind of error code or message?

    Is there any reason you can't login to My VM? Have you tried re-setting the login by using the 'forgotten password' link on the login page ๐Ÿ‘‰ virg.in/myVM

    Let us know if there's some extra information we need to be aware of to offer further support. Just to set expectations - we sadly can't take payments via this platform, but we will be able to help with your My VM access if needed.
