Can't link Virgin Media account

I've linked up my O2 mobile account with no issues but trying to the link the Virgin Media account has been issue after issue. I finally found out my area code but it is now telling me that my email address doesn't match my virgin media account. I only have 2 tries left and I'm getting no where. Please help, I need to get into my account. I joined on Virgin on 2nd July
