Can't link Virgin Media Account with Virgin Media O2 ID
Hello,
I recently signed up for Virgin Media Broadband and am getting an error message telling me the email on my Virgin Media account is registered to a different email address to the one I used for my Virgin Media O2 ID. However I have used the same email for both and without being able to link the accounts I cannot access any account details online.
I signed up for a Virgin Media O2 ID without incident but when I try to link this to a virgin media account I get the following message:
However this is not true, both accounts use the same email address. If I try to input the (correct) email address I get an error message and a limited number or retries before it presumably locks my account.
Please can you help me register and link the accounts. I currently have no way of accessing the Virgin Media App or Parental controls etc.
