Can't access new virgin media account
I had a virgin media account before, and upon re joining VM, I used the same email address.
I now have a new account number and order, but can't access my new account as it keeps logging me into the old one.
I'd like to change my email address, to hopefully solve this, but can't see how to do it.
Hope someone can help.
