Cannot

Hi:

Having just got all my boxs and modem I cannot get on Virgin TV to go,it shows the main Page but soon as I press Live its says oops somethings gone wrong.

Secondly I cannot access the Hub,,it keeps saying wrong password but I am using the correct one as copied from underneath and also the card in the modem.

Need TV to GO for football.

 

Any help would be most appreciated

    Hi Malc,

    Sorry to hear you're having some issues with TVGO and accessing the hub. Just to confirm, are you able to sign into your My Virgin Media account okay?

    Can you confirm if you're signing into the Sky Sports app with your My Virgin Media details?

    Just be aware there are two passwords, one for the Wifi and one for Settings.
