Cannot link Virgin Media account to new VM O2 id

Cannot link my VM account to my recently created VirginO2 sign in.

It recognises that my account is currently registered to a different e mail address, but I don't receive the e mails to approve the change

They are not in spam folder.

A bit frustrating but I can live without it.

      Linking of Virgin Media account to new VirginO2 ID was unsuccessful.Will have to use phone from now on to contact Virgin. O2 side of things works fine

  • Despite an abortive effort to get the above sorted today I now have zero online access to the VM side. I have now lost online access to VM, although the O2 side works.

    Will continue to communicate with Virgin by phone. 

  • Been trying to resolve this for a week now. I fear I might die of old age before I can access my Virgin Media account again.

      Thanks for the update on this Malc99, we do understand your concerns as well as urgency and working on this to get resolved for you. It is a little tricky and we are pushing our IT team on this, please be a little more patient with us. I see you are in a private conversation with another Forum agent, they will be doing all they can to get this done for you.
