Cannot Link My Virgin Media Account

Hi,

I have created an account with my usual email address and then started the process of linking my Virgin Media Account to that but I get an error saying that email addresses do not match which cannot be right because I got emails about my Virgin Media account on that email box.

Could someone help me with this issue please?

  • Yep, common problem, I e been having the same issue since joining and for over a week now I've been told it should be fine and it's fixed and wait 24 hours and try a different browser...... It's rediculous. I took can get verification emails, password reset, account bills sent to the correctly register email, it's a complete **bleep** up!

    Sorry to hear you've been unable to sign into your online account. 

    Do any of the steps help from here at all? 

    If not, and you're stuck at the linking part of the sign-in journey for Virgin Media O2 ID, are you able to try the steps here, where we've seen customers using this workaround have been able to link their Virgin Media O2 ID?
