Have gone into https://www.virginmedia.com/help/billing-and-payment/my-virgin-media/direct-debit/amend
But can only see "Change Payment Date"
Any idea why i cannot see a button to change the bank details?

Sorry to hear of the difficulty experienced when trying to alter the bank details for your Virgin Media account.
If you're able to access this section of your self-care account, you will be able to make the desired changes to the banking details for payments to Virgin Media.
