Cancel order
This is unbelievable I placed a order for broadband a week ago, then my current provider gave me a better deal no more than a few hours later, so phoned up virgin contacted them via live chat had a whole commotion, but was told it was cancelled.
today I have been sent a email saying a engineer is booked for next week to come to my home, I sent them a email saying I have cancelled the order.
NO ONE HAS LISTENED NO ONE HAS HELPED I HAVE CANCELLED THIS ORDER 8 TIMES NOW!!!
please for the love of god someone help me and cancel this order this has been a nightmare, I have had people from virgin telling me why do you want to cancel you can cancel after the 14 days if you don’t like, NO I WANT TO CANCEL and remain with my current provider.
what is wrong with this company!!!
