September 2026 is the end of your 18 month contract, which automatically becomes a rolling one month contract at a much higher 'not new customer' price.

VM's business model is hoping new customers will 'forget' they are being charged a ridiculous amount when they are no longer 'new'.

Or, they do notice, and find it impossible to renegociate as contacting VM is a puzzle of hour long waits on retentions, or a maze of chatbots online.

We're sorry to hear you're looking at cancelling your order. When joining, you'll have a promotional offer/discount included. This will usually be for an 18 month period, after which you'll revert to the standard pricing for the package. 

We send out an End Of Contact Notification to you around 30 days before your contract comes to an end, highlighting the standard price and also any offers that may be of interest. It's up to you if you wish to renew with a new discount at that point or give your notice to leave before the price increases.

If you would still like to cancel your installation, get in touch with the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they'll be able to do this for you.
