Cancel Engineer Appointment
Hi, I'm new to Virgin and I had a problem today with my broadband, I couldn't get online and my hub was just flashing blue all the time, I went through the app suggestions and after it finished it said that an engineer would need to visit so I booked an appointment for tomorrow. It seems that whatever problem I was having has fixed itself and I am now back online and my hub has a constant white light. The problem I'm having is that I can't find a way to cancel the appointment, I've had a text about it and there is a link in the text which says "To cancel or reschedule, go to virginmedia.com/engineerappt" but when I visit there I can't see a way to cancel the appointment. If I log into my account there is a section for appointments but when I click there is just says you don't have any appointments booked.
How do I cancel the appointment?
