Cancel Engineer Appointment

Hi, I'm new to Virgin  and I had a problem today with my broadband, I couldn't get online and my hub was just flashing blue all the time, I went through the app suggestions and after it finished it said that an engineer would need to visit so I booked an appointment for tomorrow. It seems that whatever problem I was having has fixed itself and I am now back online and my hub has a constant white light. The problem I'm having is that I can't find a way to cancel the appointment, I've had a text about it and there is a link in the text which says "To cancel or reschedule, go to virginmedia.com/engineerappt" but when I visit there I can't see a way to cancel the appointment. If I log into my account there is a section for appointments but when I click there is just says you don't have any appointments booked.

How do I cancel the appointment?

    Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

    We're sorry to hear you were having this issue with your Hub but glad to hear you have since managed to fix this, usually if the issue is fixed the system can recognise this and cancel any appointments, just to be sure however, I am going to send you a private message so that we can go about making sure this is all done correctly for you.
