can someone please contact me

Hello

I have been passed around 2 different agents today re my services as I am moving to Sky. I have said repeatedly that I have serious health issues and need a broadband connection for the purpose of wifi calling due to the signal in my flat being poor. I have sat refreshing an app continuously with 1-2 bars for a "5 minute window" to confirm my security word only to be passed to someone else 2 hours later. This is after not being replied to at all yesterday.

My phone is tethered and against a window. This is now day 2 with no internet and I really cannot be bothered having to sit and refresh a window. Can someone please contact me.

Edit: I have spent 2 days trying to contact someone at Virgin. It is impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. I spoke to someone on here yesterday and received no response until today. I have been given a "five minute window" to confirm letters from my security word only to have the parties either disappear and pass me to a new agent or stop responding. I have sat on live chat twice with agents who stop responding so I am sat there for 15 minutes or they take forever to even acknowledge anything so I have no idea if the problem is my signal. 

I am totally fine with being in the process of switching broadband (ironically, breaking contract to escape this kind of customer service) and VM not switching services back on due to OR error. I would just like to know what I am actually doing and yet again, my days are spent running around after Virgin.

      Which assistance would that be Matthew? The inability to get through to your rancid call centres for over a week and when I have today, I have been told how capitalism works then had a manager hang up on me the second I mention the Equality Act 2010 and discrimination on the grounds of disability given that you know you are dealing with a vulnerable customer? The same manager who apparently whisked away an extension?

      The 3 different people I have spoken to who have all quoted me different amounts?

      The two different people I have spoken to on here in 24 hours who take forever to reply?

      I have now spent SEVEN hours of my day dealing with this ghoul of a company. I have not eaten, I have not been able to check anything work related. I have quite literally dedicated an entire working day to your vile company. The precancerous cells in my uterus probably have this company's logo on it because it is that malignant.

      Which assistance are you referring to? Oh, and yes, it is entering grounds of discrimination. When a person tells you that they have serious health issues and no ability to be reached, and all your asinine call centres can do is patronise or lecture the person then seek to punish them for knowing their legal rights and not take those needs into consideration, you are entering discriminatory grounds.

      We can let the Communications Ombudsman decide though, can't we? I know its difficult for VM to comprehend that there are things such as legislation and regulations given you all apparently just go off vibes but perhaps a proper organisation can tell you how rules work.
