Broadband order cancellation

Hello, 

I just ordered a broadband to my new flat, I changed my mind and I do want to cancel my order. I already called your customer service but they couldn't help me. 

My order reference is CH2077177834

Please help and send me a confirmation of cancellation.

    Sorry you wish to cancel but this cannot be done via the Community.

    Please call the Pre-Install team on 0800 052 1734 and they can assist further.

    Hi im experiencing the same thing did you get it resolved ? If so what did you do it would be so helpful to me as im trying to resolve the same issue as your self.
