There are reasons I cannot use direct debit
I paid by phone eventually last month but was sent no confirmation to my email
all in all it's becoming an increasingly poor and unreliable service and anyone have spoken to at VM doesn't want to solve the problem and really don't seem to care that much
Sorry to rant but it really is unsatisfactory - and considering the cost and endless price increases compared to new customer offers - GRRRRRRRR
