Bereavement transfer old account info

Hello,

I recently used the bereavement transfer and everything went fine, with one exception.
The my Virgin media app shows my new account info but every time I log in to the Virgin Media website the old account holder's info is still displayed.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, we are sorry for your recent loss. With the online account we do not have any control over the welcome name that appears, that is part of the registration process on how you wish to be addressed which you can change under the account settings, then Marketing and contact preferences.
